HOW TO USE:

Apply using the puff provided. Gently press the puff into the net sifter. Using a rolling motion apply Pure Touch over the face. Dust off any excess powder using thedelilahLarge Powder Brush. For a finer application, apply using the delilah Large Powder Brush.
