HOW TO USE:

For a sheer, brightening effect on the skin, apply Pure Light Compact Illuminating Powder all over the face with thedelilahLarge Powder Brush. For a more highlighted effect, apply with thedelilah Angled Contour Brush to the high points of the face, cheekbones, temples bridge of the nose and tip of the chin.
