The leopard is hand-carved and painted on the reverse of a faceted rock crystal, and backed with mother of pearl. The crystal is set in 18k gold and decorated with a green enamel and diamond baguette frame. The underside of the ring is decorated with a geometric enamel pattern and set with a ruby.
