When I thought about how a perfume can be dangerous, I kept coming to the same conclusion: That it can be so irresistible, you can’t be held responsible for what happens when people smell it on you. This fragrance isn’t unwelcoming, it’s quite the opposite; it draws people toward you despite them knowing their fate will be sealed. It’s like a siren. To bring that to life, it needed to smell like something people would be tempted by, so I layered gourmand notes with aphrodisiacs.
