Baume de Rose Biphase Make-up Remover from By Terry is an oil and water based cleanser. Infused with rose oils it removes waterproof and long-lasting makeup.

Lifts away makeup effortlessly – even waterproof and longwear formulas – leaving skin feeling fresh and revitalized. Imbued with vitamin-rich rose oils, it leaves skin clean and hydrated in a few simple sweeps with a cotton pad.
