Shell Sea Ring FRANCESCA VILLA

The Shell Sea Ring features a masterfully hand-carved and painted seashell. The crystal is backed with mother of pearl, and is placed in a bezel setting, set with blue sapphires. The locket ring opens to reveal a hand painted image of the sea created in enamel. The ring is created in 18k pink gold.

Francesca Villa created this crystal in collaboration with a pair of master carvers she discovered in Germany. A cabochon rock crystal is hand-carved on the reverse side and hand-painted with single-hair brushes.
