INSPIRATION
As a child, Yves Coueslant, one of the founders of the House, spent his summers by the sea, in the pagoda that his father had built in Do Son in Halong Bay. Far from the clammy heat of the great port of Haiphong, the air was cooler there.
The sea breeze carried with it the scent of the tuberoses, their intoxicating and gently spicy scents that her mother loved so much.
Do Son has the delicacy and persistence of a childhood memory in Indochina. A memory of flowers, between lightness and voluptuousness.
